Shipping policy

If you are purchasing our physical goods, your estimated shipping time reflects when your order has been fullfilled in our shop and shipped out. We ship products in the order they were received so there may be a slight delay in the time of purchase and the time of shipping. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you are purchasing one of our courses, a ticket to a live event, or digital products, a team member will email you with access instructions following your purchase.

Due to potential high volumes and worldwide delays in shipping, orders may be delayed.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We are currently not offering international shipping. We are planning on offering international shipping in the near future.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@360neurohealth.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
