You completed the Certificate of Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation (CCVR) Course— or an equivalent competency-based vestibular rehabilitation program. You know the anatomy. You know the diagnostic algorithms. You can read an audiogram and recognize when something doesn't fit.
The question this course asks is different: can you still see your own reasoning clearly?
The 2026 VRRC is open to clinicians who hold a recognized competency-based credential in vestibular rehabilitation:
If you've been practicing for several years and want to verify — and document — that your clinical reasoning still meets the standard your credential implied, this is the course.
Not sure whether your credential qualifies? Email us at info@360neurohealth.com before purchasing. We'll confirm in 24 hours.

Special Topics
Eleven written lessons built specifically for clinicians who already hold a recognized vestibular rehabilitation credential. Three reflective assignment formats designed to surface how you actually reason in clinic — Clinical Lens Reflection, Practice Audit, or Single Patient Deep Dive. And 360SAGE — an AI clinical reasoning coach that responds to every submission with the kind of follow-up question your most respected supervisor would have asked.
It's not a refresher. It's not a content review. It's a structured way to find out where your clinical reasoning is sharp — and where it has quietly thinned out from the version you graduated with.
When all eleven modules are complete, you sit a final exam. Pass, and you hold the 2026 VRRC!
What this course is not:
It's designed to help you see what you already know more clearly — and to identify, in your own words, exactly where your reasoning is tight and where it isn't.
After completing your competency-based course(s) and putting your knowledge and skills into practice, it’s likely you can more clearly and quickly identify relevant and irrelevant information. Having more experience in vestibular-related patient care provides us with more confidence to utilize our working knowledge and apply it to solving new problems. We gain a deeper understanding of alternative options and our decision-making capabilities become less labored and intuitive.
The recertification course covers essential updates in the field including new research, technique modifications, and equipment advancements while reinforcing core competencies. The course structure allows you to demonstrate advanced application of your knowledge base through class discussions, quizzes, and clinical applications involving more complex scenarios.
Format: Entirely self-paced. No cohort dates, no coaching calls, no live sessions.
CEUs - This course is eligible for 16.5 hours of continuing education credits.
